2. A Plea for New RSCA Executive Board Members: In our fall meeting, elections for the Executive Board of Rock Spring Civic Association will be held. Some of our current board members have moved and others are retiring. We are in need of interested Rock Spring residents to join us. We usually meet once a quarter, unless there is a pressing issue affecting Rock Spring. Please consider how you can help our neighborhood moving forward to 2020.
