Meet Mark Schwartz, Arlington County
Manager at the Rock Spring Civic Association Annual Meeting on
Thursday October 6. The meeting will start at 7pm at the Discovery
Elementary School (corner of 36th
& Harrison Streets -- parking lot is on 36th Street). The meeting will be
in the cafeteria. All neighbors in the Rock Spring area and nearby neighborhoods are welcome (you can find a map of the civic association boundaries on the web at RockSpringCivicAssoc.org). Join us if you want to hear about the County's plans affecting our local neighborhoods, raise your concerns, or are curious to see inside Arlington’s newest elementary school.
